Hi there, I’m John Orr and am the Director of Dunboe Properties Ltd. I have lived on the North Coast of Northern Ireland for the past 24 years, and am exceptionally grateful for everything the area affords me and my family.
Property has been in my blood since joining Halifax Property Services as a very youthful 16 year old back in the early 1990’s, and while life took me in another direction completely for many years, I have been lucky enough to return to the property world, and re-educate myself to ensure that I represent my company, and the interests of my clients, in the best possible manner.
My wife and I undertook our own self-build project some 9 years ago, and during the process of completing this life-long dream, I built up a number of useful sources within the property world, and also a network of local tradespersons, who I intend to work closely with as this journey progresses
About Dunboe Properties
Dunboe Properties was established on the North Coast area of Northern Ireland in the early stages of 2022, in response to the increasingly worrying housing crisis across Northern Ireland, with a lack of properties available over N.I. in its entirety, and closer to home, in the area local to me, within Causeway Coast and Glens council area.
Having spoken to many local Estate and Lettings Agents this year, the shortage of available properties on both the sales and lettings markets was immediately apparent, and so I decided to try and assist people in need, both by supplying affordable rental properties, but also by bringing unloved, vacant or indeed derelict properties back to life for either the sales or rental markets.
