Tasked with turning around a 3-bedroom semi-detached property in Ballymena for a client. The property had been rented out for over 12 years, and was left in a less than satisfactory condition.

Highlights included the remnants of a fire in the kitchen, rotting sub floors, doorframes and walls damaged by a pet, broken interior window units, smashed sanitary fixtures, holes in walls, and much more. I even found a carpet underneath half of the rear garden!

Fast forward to 8 weeks later, and the property had a completely new lease of life. It was agreed for sale (after some competitive bidding) after only 4 days, achieved far above the marketed price, and my client was delighted with the end result.
