This project involved taking a very tired and somewhat unloved 3 storey mid terrace property in Derry city centre, and developing it into a top quality 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom HMO.
The property underwent a total transformation during this project, with a substantial schedule of works undertaken.
This property is aimed at the ever-increasing student market within Derry city, as Ulster University seek accommodation for large additional numbers of international students arriving to study in the city.
