Semi-detached Home, Cullybackey

This property is by far the most labour-intensive project to date, is in the Kilmakevit area of Cullybackey. The property had previously been extended to the ground floor and the additional accommodation provided was its main selling point. The property needed extensively modernised, and was stripped back to its bare bones and updated as follows –

• New windows and external doors
• New kitchen (including all new integrated appliances) and bathrooms x 2
  All new internal doors, skirting boards and architraves
• New flooring throughout
• Complete redecoration, both internally and externally
• Off street parking space to rear established

This work was completed within a three-month period, and the completed project, having created significant interest, has been brought to the rental market.
